About Pippa
I know that people feel better on every level when they stay active.

I am proud to offer fun and friendly classes designed
to help you do just that in a safe, welcoming environment.

I have over 35 years of experience training and teaching people
in all areas of fitness and wellbeing from body-building to assisting chiropractors.

I am Level 4 qualified in yoga, Pilates and fitness.
I am qualified and specialise in orthopaedic conditions, menopause, older generations,
mental health and neurodivergence as well as sound and crystal therapy and Reiki.

I have an extra special interest in the relief, prevention and rehabilitation of lower back,
shoulder and knee pain/injury.

Pilates

This contemporary Pilates class uses slow, flowing, precise moves and motions. This is an amazing workout for your core, building strength, improving posture and increasing joint stability. I specialise in orthopaedic conditions and I am skilled in helping with rehabilitation and prevention of injury. Restorative Yoga

This class is suitable for all levels from beginner onwards as we practice at a slow, subtle and mindful pace with the aim of restoring the body and mind to a state of peace and ease A lovely, feel-good, friendly and relaxing class to leave you calm and peaceful both mentally and physically. Restorative yoga is a style that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This practice will gently increase mobility and subtly improve strength and balance. We will also enjoy a gorgeous, soothing meditation (often Reiki infused) with the intention of sending you away relaxed, restored and without a care in the world! Pilates and Tone

This class is low impact for those wanting to tone the whole body effectively. We will fuse together body conditioning using resistance for upper body strength and Pilates for outstanding core strength and joint stability. This class brings together some of the best movements from the gym, studio and Pilates classes and is also great for those coming back to training after a break or injury. Sculpt and Tone

This class is low impact but high intensity to give a complete body workout. We will fuse together the worlds of fitness to raise the heart-rate, body conditioning using resistance for upper body strength and Pilates for outstanding core strength and joint stability. This is a complete exercise class for those who also want to improve cardiovascular fitness allowing the gym, studio and Pilates to unite for great results. Just be comfortable. Wear something that is easy to move in. Joggers and a t-shirt will be fine.
All my classes are beginner friendly and multi-level to try and accommodate all ages, levels and abilities.
You can pay on-line via this website. Just click on "View & Book Classes" at the top of this website. Money saving class passes are available here too . There are three to choose from.

I also accept cash payment in the class.
If you have booked online, simply go to the "View & Book Classes" link at the top of this website. Go to your booking reference in "Ticket Options" and choose "transfer" to another class of your choice.
This is either because you've used your full allocation of 5 or 10 classes. Alternatively, the booking time frame has expired.

From date of purchase, you have 3 months to use the 5 class pass, and 6 months to use the 10 class pass.
Yes, you can. There is no restriction.  You can mix and match to suit you.
If you can bring your own mat this would be ideal (for hygiene reasons). But if you don't own one or you forget, I do have a couple of spares that you can borrow.
I am not insured to teach under 16s or pregnant women.

Apart from these, my criteria is that if you can walk, breathe, get up and down from the floor, you will be fine.  A fun and relaxed sense of humour is also a must for maximum enjoyment!
